Thanks for your feedback on our Classic Backpack. Our Classic Range is the entry level model so has the least features on it, hence the lower price. All our other backpack models do have a mesh pocket on each side and a small internal pocket - it is just the Classics that don't. However, the Classic backpacks do have an internal velcro patch so they are compatible with our Laptop Tidys, if you need some internal pockets for organising items. Many thanks, the OverBoard Team
