Great Product

I thought the service was good and the price with discount was reasonable, the only issue was that the postage was a bit expensive.

Quality panniers

Quick and efficient service. Not tried out the panniers yet but look good quality. Clips do not lock on to rack which I would prefer but they seem pretty secure

Thanks for submitting your feedback regarding your recent purchase. I do apologise for the information being incorrect on the website with regards to stockists. We have recently created a new website which doesn't support the store locator system that was on our previous website, so this information about contacting us for further details is incorrect until we create our new store locator for the new site, which we are currently working on. Subsequently, we have removed this advice for the moment to ensure this doesn't happen again, so thank you for making us aware of this. Thanks for contacting us with your feedback on our product. In response to some of your points - the bag can't have additional closing options, like side sealing, and has to have the additional strips on the opening as these are what make the bag our most waterproof backpack ever, IP67, and suitable for being submerged down to 1m for 30 minutes.
