We are extremely sorry there was a delay with your order being delivered to you, and this was due to the current virus situation and Royal Mail experiencing delays with parcels. We are sorry to hear there was an issue with the delivery of your order, but glad we were able to get it resent and delivered quickly to you. We had to wait 4 working days from the date of dispatch as the order was sent on standard service which takes 2-4 working days to arrive (this excludes weekends as stated on our website). As soon as it has passed this time frame we are then happy to investigate further but can't before as it is still within the delivery window. The investigation with Royal Mail did take longer than usual, and is ongoing, because the package was showing as delivered and the postman scanned the parcel at your address. However, we still resent the order on an express service while we try and get to the bottom of what happened. Many thanks, the OverBoard Team
