Thank you for taking the time to submit a review of our products. Our Laptop Tidy Insert does come with 2 velcro patches at the top which connect to velcro on the inside of all our waterproof backpacks so yours should have this feature and be able to secure the insert when put into our backpack. Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. You have not specified why, but upon checking the notes on your order we believe this is due to the delay with the order being delivered? Unfortunately this was due to the current virus situation and Royal Mail experiencing heavy delays because of staff shortages and a very high volume of parcels being handled, so this was out of our control. The order was then resent with a courier, DPD, to get the order to you as quickly as possible, and can now see that the order has arrived. Thank you for submitting feedback on our Classic Pannier. We are sorry you have had an issue with the bag, but it appears we haven't been contacted about this before? If you do experience an issue with your item then we would recommend getting in contact with us straight away so we can look to assist you with the problem. We haven't heard of anyone having this issue before so please do contact us at support@overboard.com with images of the damage and we will be happy to look into for you. We now also offer an extended 5 year warranty so if you register your new Pannier then this will be piece of mind that you will be covered if the item develops a manufacturing fault during this period.
