Thank you for submitting this feedback on your recent order. We cancelled your initial due to it being flagged as fraudulent as it was placed from another country but delivery was in the UK, so for protection we requested payment through PayPal instead as they offer buyer/seller protection on transactions. You were happy to do this so we fully refunded the initial card payment you made, and the deduction must of been done by your bank due to the transaction being done from outside the UK. This is out of our control as it is down to your bank I'm afraid. However, please email our support team (support@overboard.com) with a screen shot showing the deduction the bank has made, and as a gesture of good will we can get this amount refunded to you through PayPal so it covers what the bank have deducted.
