Thanks for your review. However, as explained over several emails, after looking at the helpful photos you sent through of the various scratches, abrasions and puncture holes on the front panel of the backpack, these are clearly the result of accidental damage and excessive stress to the bag. OverBoard are a fair company who stand by the quality of their products and materials used, and is why we offer a 5 year extended warranty. Unfortunately the warranty cannot cover accidental damage, even if caused on the first time of use.
