I feel I must reply as indeed we have spoken a couple of times regarding your missing tree and stakes and I believed the course of actions we had agreed were to your satisfaction. As a team we try very hard to ensure the trees we send out are of a high quality and are packaged well to withstand the rigours of delivery. Occasionally things go awry and I can only apologise for that. Of course the first time we spoke you were advising me that you hadn't received your tree and I said it had been dispatched and could we wait for a couple of days to see if it arrived. I believed you were happy with this at the time. We checked with the courier at our end that the item was being and then had been delivered. When it became evident that you had not received the tree I readily agreed to send you a replacement. We finally spoke Saturday teatime when I was able to tell you that we would be sending it on a next day service on Monday afternoon and again I had the impression that this was fine. Once again I can only apologise if this was not the case and I look forward to hearing that your tree and stakes arrive as expected.
