Excellent specimen, good service.

My cornus kousa was delivered as advised, well packaged and in good condition. It is starting to leaf, whereas a smaller plant I purchased from my local nursery is sadly looking very dormant/dead.

Unarranged Delivery.

Advanced notice of delivery and choice of delivery day would have been helpful. I was merely informed the tree was on its way. Its arrival coincided with me being away for a few days.

In terms of delivery, the courier tracking is only made available once the tree has been despatched, which is why there was no earlier notification. Should you choose to order with us again, there is a delivery notes section at checkout where you can request a preferred date or time frame, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate it. Regarding the appearance, young birch trees naturally have brown bark, which gradually turns white as they mature—usually from around three years of age.
