The option to order samples was brilliant and made ordering the right ring really easy. Great quality too!!!

Very easy online ordering, regular updates and a nicely wrapped. We spoke on the phone previously about making our own rings and the team were really helpful and friendly

Brilliant service. Really helpful advisors. Great prices also.

Excellent 5* service from an online company. I sampled the rings prior to deciding on the final choice with no problem. First class postal delivery in time for Christmas. Great communication...

Good friendly service, even though we were buying only silver bands. The availability of sample rings is really helpful.

Excellent customer service at a competitive price which meant I've changed from my standard jewellery supplier to Orla James. The same ring on another site was £1200 but was 643 at Orla James.

Fantastic. We had a lot of questions and they replied swiftly and the product was beautiful. Really happy and can’t wait for our big day!
