Katie Whitaker and Graham Last have a good understand of insurance. They also give good customer service and actually phone back when they say they will.
They contact me in plenty of time every year,now over 7, with a good quote its all l need.Very friendly bunch. I have never claimed from them so can't say much more…
They refused to send the details of the insurance to me till now even though I hyve requested it via email several times.
In fact I am not happy at all. They made me felt they are hiding something...
