Thieves and deceptive
Dishonest service.Cancelled my holiday due to Covid19 and are refusing to pay refund yet they got refund from both airline and hotel!

Hotel fine, if a little dated, Staff superb, Pool and room location fantast
When booking a package, I was offered accommodation only, they stated they did not deal with Jet2 for flights, which was offered when making the booking. They also did not provide a ATOL certificate....

enjoyable holiday. would have liked more information on the virus status.
we had an enjoyable holiday. at Costa Tropical hotel. Hotel very clean staff friendly and helpful. .restaurant well stocked with a good variety. Have been there before and would go again.
