Thank you for your review. We're pleased you're happy with your delivery. Our Customer Service Co-ordinator, Teresa, has now been in touch to explain that LPG tanks are never filled to the top. They are filled to a maximum of 85%, or sometimes less in hot weather, to allow room for the LPG to expand,. We hope this has clarified why your tank wasn't filled completely.
