Paid a little extra for better packaging and records arrived in perfect condition. i would definitely recommend them again.

First of all, apologies once again for the delays with this one. Rest assured that if we could make our suppliers get things to us on time 100% of the time, we would. Unfortunately, however, "employ better suppliers" is rarely an option...the vast majority of the stuff we buy in is only available from that supplier. Hopefully your next order, if you haven't been totally put off already, will be smoother!

Have bought stuff from Norman for many years now. Always excellent service and communication tinged with an off the wall sense of humour I find very appealing. Great value and very reliable.
