This property had only recently joined our portfolio and, unfortunately, the owners had existing bookings from their previous agent that they had not yet fully blocked in our system. As soon as the issue came to light, we processed your refund immediately. While refunds are issued straight away on our side, it can take a couple of working days for banks to return the funds to an account, which is why there was a short delay before it appeared back with you.
