My pre-order watch arrived today, and I am very happy about the customer service ,which always kept me updated about my order. But I wished it was not a pre-order at the beginning that is why 3 stars

Hope you understand at that point of time we were relatively small startup and we encountered unexpected demand which resulted in a out of stock situation, which has been clearly presented on the website. easy exchange but i would prefer that the returning formula would be included inside the package. I am tired of printing labels by myself
