After taking out the insurance I rang to ask a question regarding my insurance, they told me someone would get back to me. No one did. The 2nd time I rang no one answered the phone.

The documents were all received but I was unable to separate the confirmation of insurance document and have repeatedly asked for a separate pdf, both by email and phone call, both of which have been ignored. Obviously do not want to send the entire policy document to contractors, so the separate pdf would be greatly appreciated. The document on your website, which I have at last managed to access, is the same. Why do you do it all on one pdf? Don't think you did it before as have not had this problem previously and have had this policy for several years. Am pleased that the review actually got some response!
