Failure to provide a basic service
It’s been over a week since purchasing insurance; no further contact has been made, no insurance documents sent over, failure to provide a basic level of service.

Great, except for getting through by phone
Trying to get hold of anyone by phone is a nightmare, but Phil was great when i emailed and he called me straight back. The rest of the service was simple and no hassle/confusion.
