We're sorry that your rental apartment has not had as many bookings as in previous years. As we tell all owners, you do need to upgrade a property once it has been on the rental market for 8 years. We also continue to suggest to you that bookings would improve if air-conditioning was installed and there is room on the back terraces for air-conditioning.  We will email you privately to suggest these things again.

Thanks for this feedback. I have looked into this issue and I am very sorry you had it. 

We see that that you stayed with us betweeen 5-12 February. 

I also see that it was your third stay with us, and thanks for being a repeat guest.  

From what I have been able to find out the issue began with the hot water being warm and not getting hot and we checked the fuse board and tank but both were find but pressure was dropping. All this took a few days to investigate and with there being warm water, it wasn't at all ideal, but manageable. 

A plumber came out on the 10th and fixed the issue. 

I see you were given a late complimentary late check-out when you were leaving to say sorry for the warm water with low pressure. 

I am going to email you privately. I agree that being without hot water would have been unpleasant in February, and I also thank you for being decent about the issue and recognising that this issue was out of our control.
