We're very sorry for the issues with the plumbing. We think we dealt with you about them privately at the time.

For the benefit of future guests: we have had some issues with the plumbing at Alberti for a while intermittently and it has been hard to solve. We haven't now had issues since February 2017 so believe it to be sorted out, but are still monitoring it to be sure.

We do accept that the shower door is rather short and we have brought this to the attention of the owner, but as it is more in the category of a small annoyance, the owner prefers not to change at this point and we do agree because it doesn't bother most guests and the bath mat provided tends to deal with the issue.
