Translation: Very bad working lock entrance to the entrance (it does not get into the House). Overflow in shower.

Thanks for taking the time to review our service and for your feedback which is always welcome. We have checked our records and we asked the building management company to look into the lock in February. They told us that they were unwilling to repair it since the lock is working but is just a little bit stiff. Concerning the shower drain, we did have an issue in 2015 with a blockage. As far as we are aware there is no major problem with it other than the fact that it drains a little slowly.
