Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
I'm pleased to see that despite your fears, our team contacted you within 2 hours of receiving your email enquiry. As our team discussed with you over the telephone, we do also offer a telephone messaging facility and whichever option you choose, we reply and manage your query very quickly. We hope you're able to see from our historic reviews that service is our number 1 priority.
We're pleased that the service you received was not a 'long drawn out process' and that your e-mail was responded to quickly. We're also pleased to welcome you to Cycler and are happy you remain insured with us :-)
