I found it really quick easy to get a quote and then purchase my policy. You get great cover at a good price and the customer service is very helpful

Cancelled my previous insurance from renewing via email as got a new device and received a call a few days later from a polite lady who then offered a discount to use for a new policy on my new device

Answers over email were fast and informarive for any questions that was present before taking out the cover.

Very easy to purchase the policy. All details were available in one place. Can not comment on the claims process as I have not yet had to make a claim on my policy.
