Hi Johan, thank you for the feedback. We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with the change to your course format. A smaller group over four days typically means faster progress and more personalised attention than a larger group over five days. This makes the lesson format more similar to private lessons, albeit at a heavily discounted rate. Running the course this way also ensures that guests receive their lessons rather than face a last-minute cancellation. For reference, this is noted in our terms and conditions. Despite this, we hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip and that we'll welcome you back to the mountains again soon. Kind regards, Calan.

Hi Sinead, thank you for your 5-star review and for recommending us. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed skiing with Anton. We hope to see you again soon. Kind regards, Calan
