Didier notre moniteur a été très pédagogue. Il a su adapter son cours à notre niveau débutant tout en cherchant à ce que l’on se dépasse. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons eu droit à un guide...

Excellent lessons from Ilaria
Excellent lessons from Ilaria. She taught with her heart in the job. Would have like to have been pushed or stretched more.

Always something to learn.
On time, easy to find. Advanced lesson was fast (a bit fast for this 62yr old) but the instructor knowledge was excellent and the simple takeaways are imprinted in the mind. All the class were better...

Best ski school we’ve ever used for quality, cost, advice and lesson length
We were recommended New Gen Ski by friends. They were fantastic from start to end giving us masses of help throughout having never skied in Les Arc or Vallandry and it being the kids (aged 8 and 6)...

4 year old skiing confidently in 5 lessons
Federica was amazing. The children loved her and she was able to teach my 4 year old to ski confidently on easy runs after 5 lessons. Would definitely recommend.

Could do better
My son says he “hated the instructor” which is quite strong for an 8 year old and should be taken with a pinch of salt. However my son was knocked over by a full grown man whilst under supervision...

Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to review your experience. We're gutted to hear your son didn't bond with his instructor.
We have spoken to Alberto and raised all your concerns with him.
Alberto agreed that your son was one of the strongest skiers in the group, although not quite strong enough to move up a level. Your son was keen to explore the bumps and jumps at the side of the piste and in the park. Alberto did his best to accommodate this, but at times felt he had to be a little stricter than normal to prevent your son from exploring on his own, which would not have been safe.
Regarding the toilet breaks, we understand how much discomfort this can cause children, but the mountain environment does mean it is often not possible to stop for a break as soon as one is requested. Alberto has assured us that he was able to get your son to the toilet within 15 minutes of each request but in some instances, was unable to stop immediately.
We would love the opportunity to show you that we can do better and our team will be in touch directly.
Again, thank you for your feedback we strive to deliver the best service we can and this is only possible if we're aware of the areas we need to improve.
