Vehicle delivered on time in excellent condition and collected on time by Saf, who was friendly and efficient. I'll definitely use NVR again.

Poor customer service , missing security deposit
Really poor / slow process on returning security deposit. It’s been 2 weeks since my rental and it still hasn’t been credited to my account. I won’t use the service again.

Late to deliver the vans and late to collect the van and now they have not refunded the deposit.
