Very easy online with emailed details sent efficiently. Even had an email asking whether we would like an extra night as there was a day's gap before the next guests were due. Yes please!!

Booking itself was very smooth but the information about equipment was over generic. The lady in the the office was extremely helpful when I rang but had to rely on the access statement and did not...
