I was very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. Despite working in difficult circimstances they answered my queries quickly and made sure I had the insurance policy set up properly.

yes service is good but at times renewal can be difficult

Their website is very clear and helpful but I have not had any acknowledgement of my subscription. This may be due to staff shortages related to corona virus so I can’t comment further.
