Poor service

I ordered a 3' bed and mistakenly a 2'6" headboard. At no point was this questioned by the so called "bed experts"! The delivery man had seen that it was not the correct size headboard for the bed...

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you ordered the incorrect size headboard. We did send an order confirmation and also asked at the point of ordering online to check the sizing. The £30 charge was due to us attempting delivery and collect 3 times but there was no one there.
