DisDisappointed that friends that we have booked with only bad $350 more than our so-called "241 reward"
The booking process was helpful and attentive, the representative did her best to accommodate my request.

So far very happy with the service.
I was very happy to be sent emails of 241 sailings, and when interested in one, I was helped to book. If everything goes well with the booking I will recommend the company and possibly buy from them...

Very happy with people over the phone, I'm not good on computer.
Found the start hard getting to know the sites to go over with 3 passwords a little hard, but over the phone was very easy, zoey from 241 was terrific.

Pleasant but pushee sales people
Hard sell but got the job done in reasonable time.
Never get to talk to same person on follow-up.
Not much product knowledge other than what they can eventually find on screen.
Typical of RCI service.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not manage to speak to the same consultant twice. Normally you have a dedicated cruise consultant, however if that consultant was on annual leave or off sick this could have impacted that experience. We were glad you were dealt with in a reasonable amount of time.Regarding product knowledge we have brought this to the attention of our training officer to ensure all of our staff are adequately trained. We notice you have now booked with us and hopefully we can restore your confidence by making it a memorable trip and answering any further questions you may have.

Too early to say.
Service was as expected. Havent done the cruise yet so cant comment on whether its good value or not.
