very good service but lost 2 * because the packaging was wet and severely damaged and the light fittings in it are not going in for another 5 days so not sure if they are damaged as well.

I believe you have spoken to my colleague. We have been in touch with the couriers we use to raise our concern over your delivery and I apologise for your parcel being received in a damaged state. I can assure you it did not leave our warehouse damaged!

Since my previous review I have received excellent service from a very nice young man (whose name I have forgotten & I apologise for) and Katy who has taken the time to reply and assure me that although the courier company are remiss mylights.co.uk will resolve any problems I have with my delivery.
