Disappointing delivery service.

States next day delivery. Ordered Thursday and received this feedback request on the Sunday before even receiving the goods?

Hi Tony, we're sorry you weren't satisfied with the delivery service. It does however state on the website that you will get next day delivery if you order before 2PM.

We have looked back at our records to check what time you ordered and your order was placed at 14.59 on Thursday. This was unfortunately after our cut off time of 2PM to get next working day delivery, therefore your order was processed Friday morning to be delivered to yourself on the next working day which will be Monday.

We will however investigate why you received a review request before you have actually got your goods, thank you for highlighting this issue to us.
