Dear Dave. Thank you for your feedback. I reached out and spoke to you over the phone and I appreciated our conversation. I apologize that there was confusion on the dimensions. We always print a one-inch bleed around the whole mural to provide room to trim and perfectly fit the walls. We can print with no bleed if requested. The lack of overlap is a total mystery since we always print with overlap. I don't have an answer on that one. As you mentioned, our rep offered to reprint and resend a modified mural at no charge. She should have explained that the reason to destroy the mural was due to our licensing agreement, not for any skepticism of the situation.
