We are very confused by your feedback. We can only conclude that you are remembering a different website experience to the one you had on our site! Our website is operated by 'Shopify' and our Checkout process is slick, simple and does not contain any pop-ups. It’s worth noting that Shopify has approximately 1.58 million different companies operating their websites through their platform and that all of those sites use the same Shopify Checkout process because it has been optimized to be very friendly to the customer as they move through the process.
We have checked with our Order Process Team and Customer Service Team and can confirm that you have not reached out to us to request an order cancellation - if you had done so we would have certainly not shipped to you and happily refunded your order in full without any quibble or fuss. Again, we can only conclude that you are remembering a different website experience to the one you had on our site!

That is great news that you have now dealt with the moth problem. The traps stay active for three months after opening so we would advise keeping it in place in order to further monitor for any recurrence of moths, unless of course you need to use the chimney!

Thank you for your 5 star review on our Pantry Moth Traps and we delighted to read that they are doing their job and catching those pesky moths!
The traps will be active for 8 weeks after opening so it gives you a good opportunity to monitor your moth problem and if there is a reduced daily catch rate over time then this means you are winning the battle! .

Traps received quick when expected. First week nothing. Second week, I have several moths on every trap. Appears I have a moth problem, sure hope I've found a solution...

The traps are produced with a very sticky natural pheromone which attracts the sexually adult male moths so this will help break the breeding cycle and also give you a good indication of the size of the moth infestation.
