Item did not arrive when requsted even though I payed for next day delivery and was well with within the timescales.

Excellent delivery time, great service. Will always use for future orders of work shirts.
Generally good and responsive although I had to return one item and despite receiving confirmation that the item has been received and the refund is being processed, i am yet to receive this.
