We have family Christmas lunch the week before. Delivered Norfolk Black 15th Dec so we could 24 hour brine it for consumption on 20th; Mr Morton very accommodating, no problems.

Exception product, will be using again next year.

Great beautiful Turkey. Brown meat wuite different to bronze but delicious. Probably made the best turkey sandwich I have ever had on Christmas evening and agaon on Boxing day. Worth the extra cost...

I chose a 4kg Norfolk black turkey. Excellent taste hot and cold. The curry pack and recipe was superb. We don't get fed up with turkey, so the initial cost divided by the number of meals provided...

Our turkey was exceptionally juicy, flavourful and aromatic this year. It truly was heaven on earth! Worth every penny! I am always amazed at the fine products from this brilliant local farmer!
