Hi Lady Susan, i am sorry to hear that this years turkey was not upto our normal standards that you have come to expect from us. I dont know what could have gone wrong with you bird in particular. We do strive to produce the best birds we can and offer great service so i am sorry to hear you were disappointed this year, i hope this wont put you off ordering form us again.
