This was the first time I'd cooked cockerel and everyone loved it. Had to be frozen for a couple of days as this was for family dinner on 28th Dec and was delivered with everything else on the 21st....

So much better than any turkey breast I've ever bought from any supermarket. Literally no waste and very simple to prepare and cook.

Tasty but fiddly as the foil tray was crushed around the sausages. Top marks from everyone around the table though!

Yummy. Doesn’t need as much cooking as package says or it would dry. I took mine out realising it was ready. The meat was tasty and tender, even the dark meat was good
