7th year of purchasing from Rob and his team . Why? Best turkeys out there. If you cook as directed , yes cook it upside down to start , and LESS THAN three hours , perfect moist turkey

3hrs for our turkey this year as well, 9kg cooked upside down in the aga. Rested for 3hrs (with a car journey in the middle) and still retained its heat perfectly.

Morton’s did everything well - Turkey arrival date packaging, condition of the bird prior to cooking, cooking instructions & especially the meat itself- perfectly moist & delicious

Beautifully packed, arrived in when they said it would.
Sorry to say but this year it tasted watery. Very disappointing for nearly £100 ( smallest one)
