Fourth year running we’ve got our turkey breast from Morton’s. They never disappoint! It’s become a tradition to pick up from the friendly guys at the farm on Christmas Eve!
From order to delivery, Morton's kept us informed the whole way through. It was packaged up perfectly and allowed us to go from delivery to oven with no fuss whatsoever.
First we were given the wrong but similar order; bear in mind it took a two hour round trip to return and get the correct one. Then we pointed out that we were disappointed it was frozen and asked...

Hi Peter, i am sorry you had a bad experience with us. We generally check every order that leaves us to make sure we have the right customer and products for that order and the customer so i am sorry we made a mistake with your order. The product was advertised on our website as "previously frozen" please see the link to the product page here
https://www.mortonsfarm.co.uk/product/stuffed-turkey-breast-supreme/ in hindsight perhaps we should have made this more visible to our customers. The reason the joints are fresh frozen is because we do not have the time to prepare them in the final week before Christmas, they were prepared earlier in December.
