They aiiowed me to change my orderand buy a lighter bird. I also bought some other items which all arrived home together. Very flexible.
Also very good at replying to phone calls

The service they provide is excellent, I have used Mortons for my Turkey for a few years and wouldn't go anywhere else

Delicious bird, moist and flavourful. The delivery was packed really well and came as promised, with emails informing of progress. Will definitely come back!

This may well have been cut from one of our large free range birds, a 3kg breast joint would come off a larger 8-9kg bird. I'm not sure if i under stand what you mean by the skin is different, because it is a breast joint cut from a whole bird the skin may have been trimmed back a bit.
Succulent, tasty and tender was the Christmas goose, and the 3 jars of gorgeous goose fat will be a delicious reminder in the months ahead. Will buy again!
They describe their turkeys as being raised in the artisan way though not sure what that means.

What we mean by the Artisan way is in the traditional manner, slow grown birds reared free range here on the farm in small numbers, dry plucked and game hung, we are only a small farm and aim to do everything to the best of our abilities. That said i believe we could do more for our farm collection customers and we were looking to do that this year, we had a barn ready and some extra products to offer but we just felt due to covid that we would try and protect everyone and just do a click and collect service, hopefully for 2022 we can work to something more elaborate.
