Hi there, thank you so much for the review, unfortunately, we had to close all of our shops due to COVID-19, as a result of this we needed to sell their stock at a discounted rate through the website to avoid wastage which very much goes against our eco-friendly philosophy. We hope you understand these aren't normal times and we are doing everything possible to remain open online and keep the chocolate flowing for anyone who needs a pick me up right now.

Hi there, so sorry you feel like this, we try to make it nice and clear on the club section of the website about how it works both on the process page and the add to cart page: "Your chocolate subscription box is sent on the15th of each month. The cut off date for an order is the 5th of the month, but don't worry if you order after the 5th for yourself or as a gift as it'll arrive the following month." I hope that helps, we'll also take a look into how else we can improve this part of our site.
