Hi there, many thanks for the feedback, unfortunately due to our shops having to close for COVID-19 and a very small skeleton staff running our warehouse, combined with a 1,000% increase in orders going through the website as our lovely customers social distance, we haven't quite been able to maintain our normal standards. We hope you understand as we are all in this difficult situation together and desperately doing what we can to stay open but whilst staying safe.
