The service I got didn’t help me . Cause I needed the ref number to give but wouldn’t give me one so am still in the same position. So I will have to try another company

All I wanted was to be given the ref number so I could contact my suppliers. But no I was told that couldn’t give me one. I did explain that I don’t get bank statement . He said till I can give that you can’t help me with ref number . I have got proof of my pension which is a letter . So I am still in a bad situation. I did ask if you could contact my suppliers and say that I am going for for debt relief services and that I need to be put on the priority service., so can you help please cause it’s making me so bad with my bad health
