I was disappointed with the delay in receiving my order. The site said it was out of stock until the 8th but it was the 14th before it was delivered

Thank you for your feedback. Sincere apologies about the original delay but Sanus brackets can be difficult to get at this time of year when out of stock. I note we did keep in contact with you about it however. We sent you an email on the 9th informing you of the delay. Thank you again and glad the bracket at least lived up to expectations.
