Lenghty delivery time, but ok otherwise. After my smal order I have been recieving e mails offerin hats, cap, keyrings und other items witch do not have so much to do with aviation.
I needed to specify more details following my order and they came back promptly with the unit arriving from the States within three days, excellent service.

Do not charge for an item until it is dispatched and let customer know when a delayed item is arriving
