We apologise for the inconvenience but we did inform you that the part was no longer available and we sent you the replacement part as recommended by the manufacturer. We informed you that if you not happy with the alternative part to return it for a full refund. We do our best to stock over 3000 items but occasionally manufacturers discontinue products at short notice.
This was my first time using Mendelssohn Pilot Supplies and it won't be the last

Ordering was easy. Goods were delivered rapidly. Quality is as advertised.
Excellent very speedy service and ever helpful staff. Have bought a number of items over the past year and always had great service with good communications and fast next day delivery.
