Shoka was a great teacher, with clear information and instruction, and very happy to answer any questions. We had lots of fun making our chocolates, and tasting different types of chocolate too!

Wonderful class! We learned so much about the science of chocolate and left with a full tummy for sure. They explained very well what we were making and how to make it. Highly recommend!
