Well organised making the group interact with each other and the ‘teacher’. Plenty of information/tasting/hands on. Taking away your own creation was brill.

I had an amazing time learning lots in the class. Was fun and interactive. And of course Melts Chocolates are one of the bests.
I took part in the chocolate course, I was quite lucky as I was the only person on the day.
Learnt alot about chocolate and the production.
The teacher was fantastic, highly recommend.
We poured melted chocolate into moulds and added our own toppings (fennel seeds, coconut, salt, chilli flakes etc). We then had an introduction to chocolate and the manufacturing process, trying raw...
This was my 2nd time going and first time trying the cocktail making class. It did not disappoint. Zara is extremely enthusiastic and really adds an little extra to the experience. There were 4 of us...
