There were quite a few delays getting it handled initially but after my insurers approved the work the Mazda partenered repairer did a very good job much faster than I expected.

Good support except replacement car could be better.
Replacement car had issues with the key. I was stranded for an hour after getting the replacement car handed over at the bodyshop.
