Our lava lamp bottles are made in one of Britain’s highest-quality automated bottling factories. Small air bubbles are a natural part of the glass manufacturing process and not considered faults. These are sometimes more noticeable in darker colourways, especially when the lamp is illuminated in a darker room. Our team reviewed the images you shared, and the bottle was found to be within our quality standards. That said, if you’re still not fully satisfied, our customer service team is happy to help find an alternative outcome.

Your order was placed in the evening of 3rd April, after our 1 pm same-day dispatch cut-off and outside our opening hours. It was dispatched the next working day (4th April) and delivered on 5th April, which falls within our next-working day timeframe from dispatch.
